一. Magnet/Solenoid valve

1. Avoid a strong impact, so as not to affect their normal performance, thereby affecting the normal operation of the solenoid valve, such as accidentally falling on the ground need to re-tested before use.

2. When install the magnet valve to gas valve, need to check whether the surface of the valve body internal wall and magnet valves have foreign matters, oil, water, liquid etc. Must keep the magnet valve dry.

Assemble the magnet valve vertically into the valve body, otherwise it would occur connection errors between an internal movable magnet and fixed magnet. The gasket position dislocation occurs, Causing the valve opening current increases or gas leakage.

3. Gasket of magnet valve not be applied at the seal oil and other substances.

4. Magnet valve must be placed in ventilated and dry storage warehouse, strictly prohibited chatter extrusion, the unfinished part of assembly need to package back completely to avoid moisture.

二. Thermocouple

1. The position of the heated required in the thermocouple’s tip 3 to 5mm , do not install the total tip into flame, or else will cause thermoelectric power decreased and cutting lifetime.

2. Fixed position, Positive and Negative thermocouple wire, as far as possible to maintain good heat dissipation, so as the mounting plate and thermocouple assembly to reduce the accumulation of heat, so that shorten the valve closing time.
